As an artist I work with movement, expressed in performance and descriptive writing.
My performances and installations, developed since 1979, consist of physical movement and speech. They take on forms and patterns that I recognize in children's play and ritual ceremonies, and in which the physical is inseparable from the vocal/textual. Recent examples are Rotations and Spirals 2016 - 2019, Wind 2019 and Clouds 2020, directions/quartet 2023
My writing originated from observing and translating situations and movements, resulting in texts that are spoken in performances, written out in drawings and written or printed in books. Recent publications: liggen / lying 2018 and moving - writing 2020
